April 1: Cooper River Bridge Run
It’s almost time for the annual Cooper River Bridge run, the 3rd largest 10K in the U.S. with nearly 40,000 people taking part.
Starting in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. at 8:00 a.m. on April 1, the race route stretches across the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and ends in downtown Charleston, S.C. After the race, runners and walkers can find the CPI Security booth at the Finish Festival in Marion Square. Along with entertainment, food, and souvenirs, CPI Security’s Big Red Chair will be available for photo ops to document your day! Plus, you can enter for a chance to win a Yeti cooler at CPI’s tent!
Not going to make it to the Finish Festival? No worries! You can catch CPI Security at the Bridge run Expo before race day at the Charleston Area Convention Center.

March 31-April 2: The Summerville Family YMCA Flowertown Festival
The first weekend in April is busy! Just 25 miles away from the Cooper River Bridge Run in Charleston, thousands of people will be celebrating the Spring season at the 50th Annual Summerville Family YMCA Flowertown Festival.
Flowertown Festival is the YMCA’s premiere fundraiser to support health and wellness programs at the Y. The three-day weekend allows festivalgoers to soak in the season’s blooming flowers, while admiring local arts and crafts and enjoying some of the area’s best cuisine.
CPI Security will be there to celebrate as well! Stop by the CPI Security tent to learn more about protecting your home or business. You can also enter for a chance to win a brand-new Yeti cooler!

April 12 – April 16: North Carolina Azalea Festival
It wouldn’t be Spring in the Carolinas without azaleas. Come celebrate the season’s beautiful flowering shrubs with thousands of others in Wilmington, N.C. for the annual North Carolina Azalea Festival.
From arts shows and parades to concerts and garden tours, there’s plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Visit the CPI Security booth at the Azalea Festival Street Fair on Friday, April 14 – Sunday, April 16, for your chance to win a Yeti Tundra Cooler!
Plus, you’ll likely see CPI Security if you cross paths with the Azalea Queen. CPI has the important responsibility of protecting the Queen’s crown for the weekend!
