After your CPI Security installation, we want to verify your account details to make sure everything is accurate. Here is how to do so via the CPI Security inTouch™ app.
Log in using your username and password.
First, we want to confirm or update your codeword.
- Press “More”
- Click “My Account”
- Tap on “Manage Location Codewords”
- Check your codeword and update if necessary.
- Press “Save”
Next, we’re going to verify your account information and make any necessary updates.
- Press “More”
- Tap “Account Management”
- Tap “Account Information”
- Press “Edit”
- Confirm your account information is correct and update if necessary.
- Press “Save”
Then we’re going to update/verify your emergency details.
- Press “More”
- Tap “Account Management”
- Tap “Property Information”
- Confirm or fill out the information, such as how many adults, children, and pets are in the home.
- Then press “Update”
