That’s why we’re so excited to partner with Victory Junction this April, which is recognized as National Volunteer Month! During the entire month, CPI is partnering with Victory Junction across our footprint as the presenting sponsor of their summer REACH program.

We’re proud to partner with Victory Junction!
Victory Junction (VJ) enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses by providing life-changing camping experiences that are exciting, fun, and empowering, at no cost to children or their families. The REACH program within Victory Junction provides camp magic to children and their families at hospitals, clinics, and Ronald McDonald Houses.
CPI employees will be building “Spring into Summer” REACH program camp kits for local children who cannot leave the hospital or a local Ronald McDonald House due to illness. Each kit contains activities that are carefully designed to meet the specific needs and abilities of each child, and all activities are provided in compliance with hospital policies.

Although the current health crisis has put some REACH activities on hold, creating magic kits allows our employees and Victory Junction to safely stay connected to children in hospitals, while reducing the stress of their stay with creative and age-appropriate activities.
We are thrilled to create more than 2,500 “Magic Kits” for pediatric patients throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Our employees will donate kits to:
- Greensboro, NC – Moses Cone Memorial Hospital
- Raleigh, NC – WakeMed Health and Hospitals
- Charlotte, NC – St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital, Novant & Levine
- Columbia, SC – Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House
- Greenville, SC – Prisma Health Children’s Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children, RMH
- Florence, SC – McLeod Regional Medical Center
- Charleston, SC – MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina)
Employees in our Charlotte HQ kicked off the months long event, packing more than 1,000 magic kits for children!
