For the fourth consecutive year, CPI Security partnered with Victory Junction to bring summer fun to children with serious illnesses. Victory Junction is a North Carolina nonprofit organization located in the hills of Randleman, N.C. It allows children, even with serious illnesses, to enjoy summer camp.
Children who are too sick to attend summer camp can still have fun from the hospital thanks to Victory Junction’s summer REACH program. The program brings summer fun to them. CPI Security built 2,500 fun kits that Victory Junction hand delivers to the hospital for the children too sick to attend camp.
Throughout the month of July, employees in each CPI branch built thousands of fun kits for campers participating in Victory Junction’s REACH program. CPI’s Raleigh location enlisted the help of NC State’s Pack United, NC State’s student athlete-led non-profit organization, for the third year in a row.
The kits included various crafts that were individually packed. From pom poms, markers, and glue sticks to tissue papers, hot air balloons, and craft fish, each magic kit was hand-packed with love by a CPI Security employee. It’s part of CPI’s mission to give back to the communities it serves and partnering with Victory Junction is just another way CPI is carrying out this mission.
We thank all of CPI’s employees and NC State’s Pack United for their contributions and continued support of the REACH program.
