Best Companies Group named CPI Security one of North Carolina’s Great Employers to Work For in 2023!
The survey and awards program were designed to identify, recognize, and honor the great employers in North Carolina, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses in the state. CPI is among the top 20 companies identified by Best Companies Group. This is the eleventh time CPI has made the list of the best places to work in North Carolina.

Companies from North Carolina entered a two-party survey process to determine the top companies to work for in the state. The first portion of the survey included an evaluation of the company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Employees were surveyed about their experiences at the company for the second portion of the survey. The combined scores determined the top companies in the state.
