Your smart home system comes with a 3 year service agreement through CPI Security. A smart home specialist will be available to troubleshoot any issues that come up. If necessary, CPI will schedule an on-site appointment to assess and repair connectivity issues, doorbell camera functionality, and questions that arise from optional equipment you have installed*.
