CPI Security is designated by the Department of Homeland Security as an Essential Critical Infrastructure company and remains fully functioning to serve our customers and protect our communities. We continue to provide our customers with 24/7 professional security, fire, and life safety monitoring and services while prioritizing our employees’ health and safety.
We are following health and safety protocols from federal, state, and local authorities, and we continue to adapt and update our practices and policies.
As an essential service, CPI is closely monitoring and following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect all employees and customers. We will continue to update our procedures and practices accordingly.

If you need a service appointment, would like to schedule an installation, or need a sales consultation, we are ready to serve you. We have taken extra precautions and remain committed to following comprehensive health protocols and local guidelines to protect our technicians and customers.
Before your appointment, we will contact you. If anyone in your home has been exposed to COVID-19, has any cold or flu-like symptoms, or has traveled in the past two weeks, we request that you reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In addition to conducting health monitoring and daily temperature checks, we strictly enforce the same policy with all our employees. Employees are not permitted to report for work or enter any customers’ home or business until appropriately cleared if they or anyone in their household: do not feel well; have been exposed to COVID-19; have any illness symptoms; are currently awaiting test results; or are under quarantine orders by the CDC or a local health department.
Our field teams and customer-facing employees are equipped with proper personal protective equipment and will minimize interaction, maintain social distancing, and frequently sanitize hands.
As we continue to monitor this situation, we will be flexible and follow CDC and local guidance.
